60 Minute Initial Evaluation: $150.00
60 Minute Individual Therapy Session: $120-$200

60 Minute Family/Couple Counseling Session: $120-$200
Administrative Fee $100 per hour for all paperwork submissions

Questions your should ask your insurance provider:

Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover services in full or in part. Please check with your insurance provider beforehand to schedule a session by asking the following questions:

  • Does my insurance plan include mental/behavioral health insurance benefits?

  • ​What specific benefits are included?

  • What are my out-of-pocket (co-pay) costs for each session

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Out of Network

Some Insurance providers, offer out of network benefits.  Once you have submitted payment you will be issued an invoice to submit to your insurance provider.  Please refer to your insurance provider for further details.

Cancellation Policy

Your one hour block is reserved especially for you!  If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us no less than 24 hours before your scheduled time.  If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged with a $99 'no show' fee which must be paid prior to you rescheduling.
